    Hi, I’m Hillary B. Dunbar, I proudly co-own Victory Real Estate Solutions and DQM Turnkey Solutions. Real estate has been more than just a career for me, it’s been my calling. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping families find stability, investors grow their portfolios, and entire communities access safe, affordable housing.

    Alongside my husband, we run DQM Turnkey Solutions, where we bring homes back to life. From full renovations to HVAC installs and staging, we help owners get their properties market-ready; with heart, skill, and integrity.
